FCCLA is an organization that has been around since 1945. Family career Community Leaders of America or FCCLA who's main focus is family and leadership. FCCLA tries to strengthen family relations while at the same time improving leadership skills throughout its members. In the time that FCCLA has been an organization it has included 160,000 members and has consisted of more than 5300 chapters in the 49 states that FCCLA has been introduced as well as the Virgin islands and Puerto Rico. FCCLA members have been making a difference in their families, careers, and communities by addressing important personal, work, and societal issues through Family and Consumer Sciences education.
